What Youll Do
- Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on residential HVAC systems
- Review completed HVAC installations and service work for code compliance safety and quality standards
- Identify root causes of recurring system issues and recommend corrective action
- Serve as a technical resource for field technicians offering coaching and guidance when needed
- Verify system performance airflow refrigerant charge and controls operation
- Ensure all work aligns with F.H. Furr quality standards manufacturer specs and industry best practices
- Document findings clearly and professionally
- Represent F.H. Furr with a customerfirst solutionsfocused mindset
What Were Looking For
- 5 years of handson HVAC service experience with strong diagnostic depth
- Expert knowledge of residential HVAC systems (gas furnaces heat pumps ACs controls)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot nonroutine highlevel technical issues
- Strong understanding of airflow electrical systems refrigeration and combustion
- EPA certification required (NATE certification strongly preferred)
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
- Strong communication skillscalm clear and professional
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
