About the Role:

Join our dedicated team at A Better Solution In Home Care as a Caregiver in Fontana CA! Demetia experience preferred. Spouse prefers a MALE caregiver. This rewarding position allows you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients while providing compassionate care in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance including bathing grooming and dressing.
Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication reminders.
Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
Monitor and document clients health and well-being reporting any changes to the care team.
Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients following health and safety protocols.
Communicate effectively with clients families and healthcare professionals.
Support clients with mobility and physical exercises as needed.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients mental health.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.
Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is highly desirable.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
Ability to lift and assist clients as required.
CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
Must pass background checks and drug screening.
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Compensation: $17.50 per hour
