PRN Caregiver Position

Homewatch CareGivers of Katy is currently hiring for a PRN Caregiver position.
Were looking for professionals who are not only experienced in home care but also genuinely passionate about providing quality compassionate support.
This role is a dual position that combines both in-office coordination and field caregiving responsibilities. Its ideal for someone dependable flexible and committed to delivering excellent care.
What were looking for:
* Availability to cover caregiving shifts Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
* Flexibility to support new client starts during the week
* Willingness to work weekends as needed
* Ability to coordinate and adjust weekly schedules based on client needs
* Promptly address and resolve scheduling issues in a professional manner
* Comfortable with communication between clients families and staff
* Minimum of 3 years experience as a CNA or in a similar caregiving role
* Experience in developing patient goals and tracking progress
* Able to assist in training new staff and creating caregiver schedules
* Maintains confidentiality and ensures quality care
* Skilled in personal care and transferring clients safely using gait belts and Hoyer lifts
Must have a reliable vehicle a valid drivers license and proof of insurance
Pay starts at $14/hour and may vary depending on the clients approved rate.

As a PRN Caregiver you may not always be scheduled to cover shifts but when a shift opens up you must be available to accept it any time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
