Job Description:

Candidate must be able to pass a federal background check for badging purposes
General cleaning of a commercial buildings
Vacuuming/sweeping and mopping of hard floor surfaces
Collect and dispose of trash
Dusting and polishing of wood trim/surfaces
Ability to follow cleaning product and power equipment procedures to prevent damage
Mixing and preparation of cleaning products according to product specifications
Vacuuming using backpack hip or upright vacuum
Ability to lift 40 pounds without difficulty
Shift: Monday through Friday 7:00am - 4:00pm (will vary daily)
Candidate will be eligible for vacation and health insurance upon completion of probationary periods
Candidate will be eligible for annual merit raise

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

Constant (up to 100%) standing walking pushing balancing stooping kneeling crouching twisting reaching over head reaching forward. Must be able to lift and and/or carry 40lbs.
Ability to read cleaning instructions
Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses

Starting Pay:

$15.00 hour DOE
