Position Summary
The Business Development and Community Partnership Coordinator is responsible for supporting referral growth and strengthening community partnerships throughout Southwest Florida. This role focuses on proactive outreach relationship development and representing the organization within the local healthcare and senior services community.
The position plays an important role in expanding awareness of the agencys services building trusted referral relationships and supporting sustainable growth through relationship-based sales and exceptional customer service practices.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound marketing and relationship-building calls to referral sources and community partners.
Develop and maintain strong professional relationships across the Southwest Florida region.
Identify and cultivate new referral opportunities within the healthcare senior services and professional advisor communities.
Represent the organization at networking events professional meetings community outreach initiatives and educational events as appropriate.
Maintain consistent follow-up with referral sources to strengthen relationships and support client referrals.
Track outreach activity referral sources and follow-up efforts using established tracking systems or CRM tools.
Provide regular updates to leadership regarding outreach activity relationship development and market feedback.
Collaborate with the local branch managerand regional leadership to ensure outreach activities align with regional growth goals and service capacity.
Support and reinforce the organizations commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship-based sales practices.
Serve as a positive ambassador for the organization within the community.
Qualifications
Experience in business development sales marketing or relationship management preferred.
Experience in healthcare home care senior services or service-based industry is strongly preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Comfortable conducting outbound outreach and maintaining ongoing professional relationships.
Highly organized with strong time management skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating with leadership.
Proficient with common technology tools including email CRM systems or tracking tools and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Work Schedule & Requirements
Full-time exempt position.
Schedule may vary based on business needs and community events.
Ability to travel locally throughout Lee and Collier Counties for meetings outreach and networking activities.
Occasional evening or community events may be required.
