Whatyou will be doing:Youll be responsible forthe management of career technical training (CTT) programs in compliance with government and management directives.
Essential functions:
- Monitor and manage all instructors with the CTT department to ensure full compliance regarding teaching strategies and classroom management.
- Regularly asses and audit department for contractual compliance and quality of services to students prepare audit and assessment reports.
- Evaluate curricula instructional materials methods and techniques.
- Ensure training achievement records (TARs) are accurate and up to date and that CIS case notes are updated regularly for each students.
- Monitor and assist with student scheduling and attendance functions to ensure accountability and maximum benefit to the students.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED AND REQUESTED SKILLS:
- Bachelors degree preferred and at least two (2) years supervisory experience. Associates degree accepted with at least five (5) experience.
- Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.
