Job Summary

Main responsibilities
Monitor and oversee timely and effective execution of all responsibilities including:
- Maintaining a consistent workflow across the team.
- Managing all activities in alignment with established processes (SOPs).
- Driving performance with a focus on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify and propose corrective actions where needed.
- Gather and analyze data to improve processes and promote best practices.
- Maintain continuous communication regarding product availability and lead times with Customer Service Transport Warehouse Expediting and Procurement teams.
- Ensure consistent follow-up on Purchase Orders (POs) partially delivered and outdated orders and RMAs.
- Collaborate with Inventory Planning to monitor and manage SDP stock levels.
- Order Processing Responsibilities:
- Handle orders including those with unavailable items (Negative Projection):
- Place orders for out-of-stock items.
- Update Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) for incoming POs.
- Receive POs supporting orders when necessary.
- Shipment and Customer Order Processing (as required):
- Add or remove relevant charges.
- Print pick lists for warehouse operations.
- Report picking status.
- Process deliveries in accordance with company standards.
- Scan Delivery Notes when applicable.
- Generate invoices for delivered orders.
- Provide Customer Service with timely updates on delivery status including charges delays and availability.
- Share accurate and up-to-date delivery schedules and locations with the warehouse team.
- Prepare cost and pricing details for the final invoice of completed services.
- Maintain all required control reports and documentation.
- Support other departments with stock and purchase orders when needed.
- Classified as Internal - This content is proprietary information intended for employees and partners only.
- Ongoing follow-up on quotations and orders with the sub-status Awaiting Approval.
- Assist in implementing new departmental initiatives.
- Ensure the company phone always remains available for communication with stakeholders when necessary.
