The opportunity

As part of our EY GDS Poland - Finance Consulting Practice you will have an exciting opportunity to support our clients in transforming their finance processes. This role focuses on MS Dynamics 365 implementation projects and endtoend R2R (Record-to-Report) process transformation. You will provide industry best practices and thought leadership ensuring the successful implementation of transformation initiatives. Furthermore you will support us in proposals for clients enhancing our service offerings.

Your key responsibilities

• Finance Process Transformation:Lead and support clients in improving and transforming R2R processes ensuring alignment with industry standards and best practices.
• MS Dynamics 365:Utilize and demonstrate a deep understanding of the MS Dynamics 365 to optimize finance processes and drive efficient transformation and include designing and executing test strategies collaborating with crossfunctional teams (business analysts project managers technical teams) and supporting solution design.
• Client Proposals:Support go-to-market efforts and development of client proposals and RFP responses showcasing our expertise and value proposition.

• Communication and Presentation:Deliver clear and compelling presentations to clients articulating the benefits and outcomes of finance transformation register plan and mitigate risks clearly communicating them to stakeholders.

To qualify for the role you must have

• Finance Process Expertise:Strong understanding of end-to-end R2R processes.

• MS Dynamics 365 Experience:Proven experience in MS Dynamics 365 implementation projects ideally including system configuration understanding or handson key user experience.

• Finance Transformation Knowledge:Familiarity with leading practices in finance process optimization and transformation.
• Client Engagement: Ability to work directly with clients offer strategic insights and adapt to changing needs.
• Experience: 3 years of relevant experience

Ideally youll also have

• Language Skills:Proficiency in German or French

• Experience in other finance domains such as P2P or O2C.
