Responsibilities:

  • Developing and managing international sales strategies for our edible oils portfolio across existing and new export markets primarily in Central and Eastern Europe.
  • Achieving profitable sales growth across multiple countries for both branded and private label businesses.
  • Effectively managing existing distributors and building robust new distributor networks.
  • Executing the global commercial strategy to ensure market expansion and penetration.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements and managing trade terms with international partners to optimize profitability.
  • Monitoring market trends competitor activities and consumer preferences to adapt strategies proactively.
  • Ensuring compliance with international trade regulations logistics and supply chain management.
  • Travelling - approximately 30-40% of the time.

Our Requirements:

  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in Business International Trade or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in export sales or international business development within the FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing distributor networks and achieving sustainable sales growth in export markets.
  • Understanding of international trade dynamics pricing logistics and regulatory compliance.
  • Negotiation skills and analytical mindset.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Independence proactivity and organizational skills.
