Job Summary
1:1 Care Professional Premium Case $25/hr
This is a complex high-expectation 1:1 care case and a rare opportunity for the right care professional.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Provide consistent high-quality 1:1 care
- Support daily routines mobility and safety
- Transport client to appointments (personal vehicle required)
- Maintain professionalism in a structured high-standard environment
Requirements Non-Negotiable
- CNA certification required
- 2 years of skilled nursing facility experience (SNF only assisted living and behavioral health experience do not meet this requirement)
- Weekend availability
- Reliable personal transportation
- Strong attendance and punctuality record
