Job Summary
Location: Cascade Washington (Seattle Area)
A well-established not-for-profit healthcare system in the Seattle area is actively seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician (MD/DO) to join its collaborative outpatient team in Cascade Washington. This is a patient-centered team-based environment focused on delivering high-quality comprehensive care to a diverse community.

Position Overview
Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients across the lifespan
Manage acute and chronic conditions including diabetes hypertension and preventive care
Conduct routine check-ups wellness visits and health screenings
Coordinate care with specialists and other healthcare providers
Utilize evidence-based medicine to deliver high-quality patient outcomes
Collaborate with APPs nursing staff and care coordinators in a team-based setting
Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EMR systems
Focus on preventive care and long-term patient relationships
This role is ideal for a physician seeking a balanced outpatient practice with strong clinical support and an emphasis on continuity of care.
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active or eligible for Washington State medical licensure
Active/eligible DEA registration
Strong commitment to patient-centered care
New graduates and experienced physicians are encouraged to apply
