Digital Communication Assistant – Apprenticeship (12 months) September 2026 (WMNB)

Online Services Live Services team brings to life new online concepts services and tools for Ubisofts production and business teams. More precisely they conceptualize build support and operate online solutions for Ubisofts worldwide Production and Business teams. The team offers expertise in Product management UX & UI design development infrastructure integration and live operations management/support to help Ubisoft teams achieve their online goals.

As a Digital Communication Assistant you will be attached to the Design Group Manager ensuring the content creation and communication around Live Services team. You will collaborate within a global and multidisciplinary team of product/project managers designers developers testers and live operations and content specialists to ensure effective communication team activities and visibility for our internal products and services.

Your main tasks will be:

• Create proofread and/or edit communications in English for internal articles presentations and documents. You will be one of the guardians of the teams style guide for the departments brand guidelines.
• Write texts in English for the Live Services team that will be published on our internal channels. This may include in-depth articles Q&A-style interviews team updates and news articles around our products tools and services that Live Services create.
• Create communication strategies and tools (presentations demos etc.) to enhance the internal visibility of Live Services products and services.
• Meet regularly with the different team members to understand their communication needs and propose tailored initiatives related to content creation.
• Assist in organizing team events and activities that promote engagement and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Support regular update of team members on product developments and streamline communication across various channels (Outlook Teams Confluence etc.).
• Update and suggest new means of communication (video/demo creation etc.) the expertise of the service and our products internally.

Qualifications :

• You are a student with experience in writing editing and publishing written content including blog posts reviews journalistic articles or news pieces.
• You have an interest in storytelling and an understanding of the elements that make a story compelling and relevant to a given audience.
• You are a fluent English speaker with excellent writing skills in English.
• You have excellent communication skills with a proactive and responsive attitude.
• You have full proficiency in Microsoft back-office tools (SharePoint Teams PowerPoint Word Outlook).
• You have a strong interest in communication and collaboration tools.
• You are autonomous reliable and willing to learn while providing concrete support to the teams.
• You are rigorous and organized to manage different projects within the given deadlines.
• You have a strong interest in and curiosity for using AI tools (considered a plus).
• You have a passion for video games (considered a plus).

Additional Information :

If your application is chosen you will be contacted by a member of the Campus Team to schedule a phone exchange in order to determine if the job description matches your profile but also what you are looking for.

If that exchange is successful you will be submitted a case study to test your technical skills regarding the offer.

Finally an interview will be organized (on site or through Teams) with your future manager.

What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft

From your very first days you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience!

Once you are autonomous your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.

A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
