Job Summary
- Pregatirea prelucrarea si/sau montarea in serie a componentelor a ansamblurilor si subansamblurilor de diverse marimi si tipuri asamblare manuala usor de realizat sau cu ajutorul unor scule de mana sau masini respectand standardele in vigoare.
- Verificarea vizuala a componentelor ansamblurilor sau subansamblurilor (integritate si functionalitate) conform planului de control de la statia deservita.
- Pregatirea si ajustarea dispozitivelor de montaj si echipamentelor de control conform cerintelor.
- Indepartarea manuala a defectiunilor si defectelor vizibile de pe componente sau subansambluri sau anuntarea existentei acestora.
- Respectarea tuturor standardelor si instructiunilor de lucru din zona de productie.
- Escaladarea conform planului escaladare a neconformitatilor sau a lipsei componentelor sau sculelor utilitati pe masini.
- Aceste sarcini sunt completate sau excluse conform cu instructiunile si cerintele specifice locului de munca unde sunteti repartizat.
