As a Sr Demand Generation Representative here at Honeywell you will play a crucial role in driving qualified leads and pipeline growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing demand generation strategies collaborating with marketing and sales teams and analyzing lead data to optimize conversion rates. Your expertise in demand generation and ability to leverage marketing automation tools will directly impact the companys revenue growth and success in the market.



Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs
  • Manage and analyze lead data to identify trends optimize conversion rates and improve overall lead quality
  • Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance and ROI
  • Stay up-to-date with medical device industry trends and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement

This position is incentive eligible.



Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5 or more years of medical device experience in customer success or account management
  • Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation CRM tools and analytics tools
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to derive insights and make data-backed decisions
  • Experience utilizing marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to optimize demand generation efforts

The annual base salary range for this position is $111300 - $139200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the candidates work experience education and training key skills as well as market and business considerations.
