Sales Operations Intern, Communications

Whats the Short Version

The Sales Operations Intern Communications is responsible for supporting the Sales Teams during an 8-week program held onsite at our headquarters in Issaquah WA. This role will assist with how information is delivered consumed and retained across the Sales organization. During the 8-week period the intern will research and recommend effective tools and platforms assist in creating engaging and creative content and ensuring communications directly support successful product launches training and operational initiatives.

What Will You Be Doing

• Assist in researching and supporting internal communication tools formats and materials to improve visibility and engagement.
• Support the creation of clear engaging internal communications including announcements newsletters and training or launch-related content.
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners to help assess communication effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support launches system rollouts and training initiatives by assisting with communication planning coordination and engagement tracking.
• Conduct a variety of general administrative tasks for the department or departments as assigned.
• Job shadow various members of the department and assist them as needed.
• Participate in intern cohort activities including: professional development workshops warehouse tours and meetings with leadership.
• May prepare correspondence reports documents and/or other written materials.
• May perform data entry activities database management operations and file maintenance.
• May perform or support special projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.

What Are We Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors degree program in English Communications Journalism Public Relations or related area of study
• Strong attention to detail organizational analytic and problem-solving skills
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
• Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
• Administrative skills which must include excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Responsive to staff needs including professionalism respect and consideration of others

Whats Our Offer

Pay: Youll earn $21.39 on an hourly basis.

Paid Time Off: Youll accrue paid time off on a weekly basis based on hours worked.

What Should You Expect

Hybrid: SanMars Eastpointe office is located in Issaquah WA in the Seattle metropolitan area. Employees are required to work in our offices Tuesday through Thursday each week and additional days may be added based on business needs. Our standard working hours are 8:00-5:00 PST. While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to sit; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger handle or feel. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Work environment is moderately quiet. Ability to work on computer for multiple hours with frequent interruptions. Quarterly travel may be required.
