Education
Bachelors Degree Public health health policy statistics information systems or a related field required.

Masters Degree Public health health policy statistics information systems or a related field preferred.


Experience
1 Years of experience with data analysis and reportingrequired.
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.

Skills

Working knowledge of data analysis software such as Alteryx and Tableau.

Advanced knowledge and use of existing software packages (PowerPoint Excel Word etc.).

Ability to gather assemble correlate interpret and analyze complex data.

Ability to be flexible and adapt to changes in projects/processes.

Strong communication skills required to develop appropriate reports for different audiences.

Strong collaboration organizational planning and problem-solving skills.

Strong project management skills.

Knowledge of creative design is a plus

Knowledge in using electronic medical record systems to extract reports

What You Will Do

Support evaluation efforts for a CHI grant program through effective qualitative and quantitative data management activities (e.g. collecting integrating cleaning storing and analyzing).

Communicate evaluation findings through written reports presentations dashboards and other dissemination channels to diverse audiences including Texas Health staff funders and community stakeholders.

Monitor data quality and performance trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with CHI grant staff and community partners to support evaluation efforts.

Maintain proficiency with analytic tools (e.g. Excel Tableau) and stay informed of evaluation best practices.

Contribute to assessment activities by gathering relevant data conducting preliminary analyses or developing assessment reports in response to grant related initiatives.
