Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prepare and grill food items in accordance with approved recipes menus and Fedics quality standards
- Ensure correct portion control food presentation and consistency of all grilled items
- Operate grilling equipment safely and correctly reporting any faults or safety concerns to the Supervisor
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas
- Follow food safety health and safety regulations at all times including proper food handling and storage
- Monitor food quality and freshness throughout service and take corrective action where required
- Assist with food preparation service and setup before during and after service periods
- Work closely with the kitchen team and service staff to ensure efficient and timely service delivery
- Minimise food waste by following correct preparation and storage procedures
- Comply with Fedics policies procedures and site-specific operational requirements
- Carry out reasonable ad-hoc duties as required by management to support kitchen operations
