Position Overview:

As our IT OnSite Administrator you will be the first point of contact for internal technical support and a key contributor to the overall employee experience. You will ensure that our systems processes and technologies meet both current and future business needs. Your expertise in enduser experience will play a critical role in optimising workflows enhancing system performance and supporting a wide range of enterprise IT platforms. This position is central to improving service quality reliability and cost efficiency across our technology environment.

Responsibilities

Apply a strong understanding of user experience to refine business processes systems and technologies to meet and exceed business objectives.
Maintain and champion robust technical standards solutions and operational processes.
Monitor support queues and proactively check in with the internal team throughout the day providing troubleshooting as required.
Contribute to technology strategy by offering expert insight and recommendations.
Ensure adherence to established IT security policies processes and compliance standards.
Identify and address training needs for end users.
Coordinate or support regular testing of systems and products identifying faults and recommending improvements.
Stay current on emerging security threats technical challenges and industry developments in IT security and systems protection.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
Communicate plans progress updates and issues to senior management in a clear and timely manner.
Provide recommendations for technology solutions including preparing technical proposals and coordinating cost estimates.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience

Bachelors/Undergraduate degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field; or a minimum of 4 years experience supporting enterprise systems including transitioning legacy platforms to cloud-based environments data integration and developing technology roadmaps aligned with business needs.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune Office 365 Digital Asset Management systems VMware or similar virtualisation technologies.
Experience with cloud technologies and SaaS platforms.
Proficient with macOS and competent with Windows 11.
Demonstrated experience in process analysis and improvement.
Experience supporting multi-site organisations ideally with distribution or logistics operations.
Proven track record implementing core business systems (e.g. finance customer HR) is highly advantageous.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving abilities.
Customerfocused approach with strong interpersonal skills and a calm supportive manner when assisting end users.
Ability to work effectively under pressure manage deadlines and prioritise competing tasks.

Working Conditions

Travel Requirements

Travel is not expected to be frequent but may be required occasionally.

Physical Demands

Prolonged periods of screen-based work.
This role requires extended periods of sitting while using a computer and/or telephone.

Work Environment

This position will require working in office 4 days a week (with time split between two different offices in Camden Town & Trafalgar Square) please confirm your schedule can support 4 days a week in office.
