Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant with 610 years of experience in HRIS/SAP SuccessFactors implementations. The candidate will be responsible for implementing configuring and supporting Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) modules to enhance employee performance tracking and goal alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management (PMGM) modules.
Configure performance review forms goal plans route maps and rating scales.
Manage goal setting performance reviews and calibration processes.
Configure Business Rules Workflows and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Support integration with other SuccessFactors modules such as Employee Central Compensation and Learning.
Conduct system testing (UAT) troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Prepare functional documentation and provide user training.
Required Skills
Strong experience in SAP SuccessFactors PMGM (Performance & Goal Management).
Knowledge of Performance Forms Goal Plans Route Maps and Calibration.
Experience with Business Rules Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and system configuration.
Understanding of performance management processes and HR workflows.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
Experience in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
Knowledge of Employee Central and Compensation modules.
