Job Summary
- The Client Business Analyst partners with Manager Client Success to extract financial data from various accounting and information systems and creates contract billing invoices follow up and reconciliation.
Essential Functions and Tasks
- Assists Manager Client Success by utilizing various internal software systems to extract data analyze information and effectively report on findings.
- Improves client financial results by monitoring data identifying variances and trends developing resolutions and making recommendations to Manager Client Success.
- Responds timely to Client Success Manager requests to meet their needs and expectations.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements
- At least one-year experience in healthcare environment preferred.
- At least two years of experience in financial analysis accounting or similar position.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Analytical skills mathematical and number skills critical thinking.
- Financial analysis budgeting and accounting skills.
- Strong systems and technology aptitude excellent Excel skills.
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative and the desire for professional growth.
- Ability to develop strong internal and external relationships.
- Strong sense of customer service and responsiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work and communicate with all levels in the organization.
- Occasional overnight travel may be required.
- Ability to read understand and apply state/federal laws regulations and policies.
- Ability to communicate with diverse personalities in a tactful mature and professional manner.
- Ability to remain flexible and work within a collaborative and fast paced environment.
- Basic use of computer telephone internet copier fax and scanner.
- Basic touch 10 key skills.
- Basic Math skills.
- Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.
- Strong oral written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Strong knowledge of Outlook Word Excel (pivot tables) and database software skills.

Compensation
- Base Compensation will be based on various factors unique to each candidate including geographic location skill set experience qualifications and other job-related reasons.
- This position is also eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus in accordance with company policies.
