Senior Business Applications & Process Automation Developer (mfd)

Your Tasks

Were looking for a Senior Developer to design build and operate scalable internal business applications and intelligent automation solutions serving 55000 employees. You will drive architecture decisions mentor teams and partner with business stakeholders to deliver measurable productivity gains across the enterprise.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and build modernfull-stack business applicationsusing TypeScript and React (or equivalent modern frameworks)
• Architect and implementend-to-end process automation pipelinesusing tools such asn8n Make (Integromat) Azure Logic Apps or equivalent orchestration platforms
• Design and develop robustREST/GraphQL APIsand microservices to integrate business systems (ERP CRM HR platforms third-party services)
• Define reference architectures integration patterns and reusable component libraries; champion security performance and maintainability by design
• Lead evaluation and adoption of automation tooling and workflow platforms across the team
• Partner in the evolution of ourinternal AI platform: integrate LLMs build reusable AI services and deliver employee-facing AI tools
• Own CI/CD and DevOps workflows (GitHub Actions / Azure DevOps Docker); automate testing and deployments
• Coordinate and quality-assure external vendors and nearshore development partners; plan sprints review deliverables and ensure on-time on-budget delivery
• Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear technical roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Enforce engineering excellence through code reviews automated tests (unit/integration/e2e) and monitoring/alerting

Your Profile

• 6 yearsof software engineering with a strong focus on full-stack development and business application delivery
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript React and modern front-end tooling
• Strong back-end skills:API design microservices relational and NoSQL databases caching strategies
• Proven hands-on experience withprocess automation and workflow orchestration(n8n Make Logic Apps or similar) highly preferred
• Excellent stakeholder management communication and mentoring skills
• Passion for productivity tooling automation and emerging tech trends

Preferred

• Familiarity withPower Platform(Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse) and/or theMicrosoft 365 ecosystemas an added advantage
• Experience withDevOps practices and tooling: GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines container orchestration withKubernetes and Docker-based deployments(optional but a strong plus)
• Experience building AI-powered applications: integrating LLMs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI) vector databases embeddings and RAG patterns
• Knowledge of identity and access management (OIDC/OAuth 2.0 SSO zero-trust patterns)
• Experience with API gateways event-driven architectures (Service Bus Kafka) and integration middleware
• Observability and reliability engineering (OpenTelemetry Prometheus Grafana SLOs)
• Background in enterprise-scale deployments and data privacy/compliance requirements
