Learning Partner

Reports to Snr Manager Talent Development & Culture

Role Overview

The Learning Partner acts as a strategic advisor and consultant to business leaders partnering with departments to identify capability gaps translate business needs into learning solutions and ensure training initiatives drive measurable performance outcomes.

Key Accountabilities

Business Partnership & Needs Analysis

  • Partner with leaders and managers to understand business objectives performance challenges and capability gaps
  • Conduct learning needs analysis
  • Translate business priorities into targeted scalable learning strategies

Learning Strategy & Solution Design

  • Coâdesign learning solutions aligned to business goals (e.g. blended learning onâtheâjob learning coaching digital content)
  • Ensure learning initiatives align with organizational competency frameworks and talent strategies
  • Collaborate with instructional designers facilitators and external vendors as needed

Program Oversight & Implementation

  • Support the rollout and adoption of learning initiatives within the business
  • Coordinate with Learning Specialists or external facilitators to ensure effective delivery
  • Monitor participation engagement and completion rates
  • Ensure programs are practical accessible and aligned with operational realities

Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define success metrics and evaluate learning effectiveness
  • Gather feedback and analyze impact on performance and capability
  • Use insights to continuously improve learning offerings and approaches
  • Provide clear dataâdriven reporting to stakeholders

  • Ability to link learning solutions to business outcomes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and modern L&D practices
  • Strong communication facilitation and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastâpaced environment

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Organizational Development Education or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in Learning & Development Talent Development or a related field
  • Experience working directly with business leaders in a consulting or partnering capacity
  • Familiarity with competency frameworks leadership development and performance management
  • Experience in blended learning environments (classroom virtual digital onâtheâjob)
