This key front-line role will report to the Regional Sales Manager and is responsible and accountable for attaining sales targets within a defined territory- by exercising initiative in market development and sales of company products with a level of service that sustains customers for life.

What Youll Do:

  • Responsible and accountable for attaining sales targets within the assigned territory by:
    • Exercising initiative in market development
    • Selling company products with a level of service that sustains customers for life

What Youll Bring:

  • Undergraduate degree in agriculture or business marketing
  • 3 years experience in sales and/or marketing within the Agriculture Industry
  • Valid Drivers License and clean drivers abstract are required
  • Solid understanding of agribusiness sales and crop production
  • Proficiency with computers MS Word/Excel
  • Excellent knowledge of Nutritional products (plant nutrients) is a definite asset
  • Completion of Certified Crop Science Program an asset
  • Able to travel on a regular basis throughout assigned territory
  • Work from home office within defined territory
  • Ability to work extended hours in busy season
