Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing dressing grooming toileting mobility etc.)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in residents condition to supervisors
- Support residents with meals and medication reminders (as applicable)
- Maintain a clean safe and comfortable living environment
- Document care provided according to company and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiving experience preferred (RCFE experience a plus)
- Ability to communicate effectively and work well as part of a team
- Must be reliable patient and compassionate
- Ability to pass background check and health screening
Schedule:
- Full-time or part-time shifts available
- Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays
Compensation:
- $20.00 per hour
