Job Summary
Buyer Assistant
Finks Jewelers is seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Buyer Assistant to join our corporate team in Roanoke VA. This fulltime position supports our Fashion Buyer in managing inventory coordinating special orders and ensuring smooth communication across our retail locations. If you thrive in a fastpaced environment and enjoy working with both data and product wed love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform inventory management tasks including accurate data entry.
- Process receiving transfers special orders and product tagging.
- Communicate with 10 highvolume retail locations to provide product estimates and updates.
- Collaborate with multiple thirdparty suppliers to submit special orders and custom design requests.
- Stay informed on current jewelry trends and contribute creative ideas.
- Utilize company ERP software to research and track transactions.
- Complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Excellent timemanagement skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Previous inventory control experience preferred but not required.
