Now Hiring Operations Office Coordinator for Roanoke Virginia!
Mullens Markings is a full-service line striping and pavement marking company providing high quality highways roadways and parking lot striping services. We are located in Kentucky Maryland North Carolina Tennessee and our home office in Virginia. This position will be located in our Roanoke VA branch.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Operations Office Coordinator to support daily office accounting and HR functions in a fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service skills who enjoys working across multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones and greet customers and vendors
- Provide credit card support coding and assist with payments
- Support counter and rental sales
- Enter and process field logs from B2W into ERP systems
- Assist with payroll timecard review and certified payroll reporting
- Provide HR support as needed
- Cross-train in project accounting functions
- Perform general administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required (Associates in Accounting/Business preferred)
- 3 years of office experience
- 2 years of Human Resources experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and Outlook
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes
- Construction or highway industry experience preferred
- Strong organizational communication and customer service skills
Work Environment
- Full-time in-office position in Roanoke VA
- Team-oriented fast-paced setting supporting field operations
