This role owns the unified content strategy and content intelligence framework spanning the web SEO and all owned earned paid channels aligning narratives investments and performance insights to the company priorities. Leads keyword and audience research content journey mapping and market and industry analysis to shape scalable content frameworks that drive customer acquisition sales enablement and brand authority. Contributes directly to highâimpact content production while establishing the standards and structures that guide content creation across channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing communications (IMC) content strategies across owned earned and paid media including web content SEO email digital ads social media and traditional marketing materials
- Ensures the quality clarity and consistency of all content contributing to writing and editing while maintaining alignment with brand standards messaging frameworks and marketing objectives
- Leads the strategy structure and messaging for conversion- focused landing pages partnering with marketing automation and web teams to support lead-generation lifecycle marketing goals
- Conducts audience market and competitive research including buying behavior analysis and content performance audits to inform messaging content themes and strategic decision making
- Scales content production through cross-functional collaboration working closely with designers subjectâmatter experts sales product teams freelancers agencies and AI tools to deliver cohesive highâquality content at speed

Qualifications
Experience
5 years of experience in content marketing content strategy digital marketing or similar role.
Education
Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Journalism Business or related field.
Other Qualifications Skills and Abilities
- Proven experience in content marketing content writing or strategic content roles.
- Strong writing editing and proofreading skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital content optimization.
- Experience using AI writing tools and contentâgeneration technologies.
- Ability to create and adapt content for multiple platforms (web email social ads print).
- Familiarity with CMS platforms analytics tools and digital marketing workflows.
- Strong creative thinking and problemâsolving abilities.
- Excellent organizational and timeâmanagement skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a crossâfunctional team.
