Job Summary
Centurion Health is proud to be the provider of comprehensive healthcare services to the Georgia Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a Full-Time RN Nurse Supervisorto join our team at Johnson State Prison in Wrightsville Georgia.
Pay Rate: $55.00/hr
The RN Nurse Supervisor (Medical) works under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise nursing and support staff. The Nurse Supervisor is responsible for working alongside a multi-disciplinary team to provide direct and indirect nursing care to patients with a wide range of physical and behavioral health needs.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree or associates degree with a minimum of two (2) years of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) required
Registered Nurse (RN) license required
Supervisory experience preferred
Corrections experience preferred
Wound Care experience and current Wound Care Certification preferred
Managing complex patient care (ie IV PICC TLC Trach Feeding tube) experience preferred
Must show/obtain current Purified Protein Derivative (PPD) documentation for tuberculosis screening
Must have current AHA Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
Available Shift: Days 7am-7:30pm with rotating weekends
