Overview:
We are looking for an experiencedandhighly technicalprofessional to join the Business Technology (BT) OutSystemsSolutionArchitect creates the overall technical vision for a specificOutSystemssolution to a business problem. They design describe and manage the many ways this person builds the bridge between a business problem and the technology solution and outlines each of the phases and requirementsrequiredto make that solution work.
Essential Functions:
- Solution Design and Development:Designand guide the development of innovativegloballyscalableefficientand secureOutSystemssolutions such as financiallogisticor manufacturing applications within debug and monitor performance ofthesesolutions.
- Technicalleadership:Providing technical leadership toOutSystemsteams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Documentation and Communication:Documenting and sharingknowledge onbest practicesforOutSystemsin thenew solutions.
- Proof-of-Concept and Validation.DevelopingPoCstovalidateyour proposed a new and alternative perspective when reviewing and validating designs from other team members.
- Follow and adhere toArchitectureprinciples.Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture principles integrationpatternsand security guidelines.
Requirements:
Education/Experience:
- Must have: experience with OutSystems technology
- Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education & experience required computer science degree preferred.
- 11yearof experience in developing large scale global solutionsandleveragingmethodologies such Agile Scrum andDevSecOps.
- 5 years of experiencerequiredin a similar architectural positionwithin theOutSystemstechnologystackknowledge ofOutSystemsODCisconsidered a plus.
- Ability to manageownwork and coach and review the work of others.
- Strong teamwork skills able to provide technical guidance and support to other team members.
- Demonstrated experience in analysis of alternatives and presenting to stakeholders for buy-in and consensus.
- Build partnerships appropriately influence to gain commitment fostertalentand coach others to grow in current or future roles.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms and modern application security principles
- A drive and willingness to keep learningarchitecture technologiesand methodologies that are new in the market
- Have a keen eye ondetails. Your solution designs must be well balanced between workablepragmaticand future proof
- Strong knowledgeondata modelling inOutsystems event-driven flows asynchronous processing and dependency management.
Other Requirements
- Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills
- English spoken at a level that allows discussions and engagement in advanced technical dialogue isrequired.
- Second language of Spanish and/or Portuguese is considered a plus
