Responsibilities
Details of Research Project:
Your work will focus on influenza virus-host interactions which will include further characterization of the pro-viral activities of NS1 in regards to the different isoforms of PI3K identifying the potential viral protein involved in tRNA extensions and characterizing the interaction of influenza B NS1 with 5 triphosphate.
Technical Duties:
- Flow-cytometry
- ELISA
- WB
- ELISPOT
- qPCR
- CyTOF data analyses
- Mouse work
Qualifications
Educational and other Requirements for the position: MD or PhD
Experience Required: MD or PhD
