Who you are:
Were now looking for hungry Account Executives to join our Finnish teampeople who want to take ownership build pipeline from scratch and close deals at a high pace.
What youll do
As an Account Executive you own the full sales cycle from first touch to signed deal.
This is a role for someone who wants to build their own pipeline drive new business and directly impact revenue growth.
You will:
Proactively prospect and generate new opportunities through calls social selling and networking
Drive the full sales cycle: discovery demo negotiation and closing
Build and develop relationships with decision-makers in mid-sized and large companies across the Nordics
Manage your pipeline and forecast with structure and discipline
Take full ownership of hitting and exceeding your targets
Skills and requirements
You:
Have experience in B2B sales (SaaS is a strong plus)
Are comfortable prospecting and not afraid to pick up the phone
Have a strong internal drive and enjoy competingboth with yourself and others
Are used to working towards clear targets and take ownership of your results
Know how to build trust and move deals forward
Use modern sales methods (e.g. social selling) to create opportunities
Are fluent in Swedish and English
