POSITION OVERVIEW The SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Functional Consultant will support an Application Maintenance & Support (AMS) engagement for the Products industry group. This role focuses on providing high-level functional expertise to maintain and enhance HR systems for a critical client account.

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

Act as a functional support consultant for SAP HCM and SuccessFactors in an AMS environment.
Manage and resolve Incidents Service Requests and Minor Enhancements.
Perform issue analysis root-cause identification and resolution.
Work closely with client stakeholders HR teams and IT counterparts.
Ensure adherence to SLAs and support processes.
Participate in system testing validation and user support activities.
