Job Summary (Data Scientist L1 / L2 Support Engineer AI/ML & Python)
- Monitor and support AI/ML pipelines and production systems on Cloudera/Databricks.
- Perform L1 support tasks: handle platform alerts basic troubleshooting incident management ticketing job reruns and data validation.
- Escalate and document unresolved issues as part of L1 responsibilities.
- Provide L2 support: debug Python code ML models and data pipelines; perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve complex production issues.
- Support and optimize LLM/Agentic AI applications and coordinate with development teams for performance improvements.
- Utilize strong hands-on experience in Python Data Science/ML and AI/LLM frameworks (LangChain OpenAI etc.).
- Work with ETL pipelines ML lifecycle and incident/ticketing tools.
- Preferred experience in the Banking domain.
- Experience requirements: 2 4 years for L1; 4 6 years for L2 roles.
- Onsite role in Atlanta GA (Day 1 onsite; local candidates preferred).
