Job Summary
Are you a professional seeking a new challenge in a dynamic and fast-developing business By joining Emerson as our Production and Inventory Control Planneryou will become part of Production and Inventory Control (P&IC) team.
As Production and Inventory Control Plannerat our site in Mölnlycke Swedenyou will be responsible for supporting the manufacturing groups with a level-loaded order plan consisting of clean orders to ensure that business quality and service level targets are consistently achieved.

In this Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Final verification that orders are complete and correct before being released to production with full accountability for providing timely feedback to the appropriate function in the event of any issue
- Short- and long-term planning of manufacturing orders
- Acting as a key communication point between Production and Purchasing/Order Management/Project teams
- Initiating and ensuring follow-up on orders requiring expediting or quick-ship handling

You persist in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks. You effectively communicate in various settings: one-on-one small and large groups or among diverse styles and position levels. You understand that different situations may call for different approaches.
For This Role You Will Need:
Upper-secondary education at minimum
Strong proficiency in Swedish and English both spoken and written Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Swedish
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel Word and PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Solid understanding of production processes product knowledge and continuous-flow environments is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to stakeholders.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Detail-oriented organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Capable to work in a structured manner goal- and quality-oriented and readily take ownership of new challenges with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
