Job Description
Do you have experience in Dynamic Production from an OTA or a Tour Operator and are ready to take your next step Were looking for a Dynamic Production Coordinator!
We are looking for a maternity leave replacement to our dynamics this role youll support and improve the production flows behind our flights hotels and cruises. Youll work closely with specialists product teams IT and operations to ensure our systems run reliably and our customers get the best possible experience.
What youll be doing
Handle and document booking- and productionrelated inquiries ensuring smooth resolution.
Troubleshoot issues and help follow up on production challenges.
Support system configurations and contribute to system updates and workflow improvements.
Participate in testing and rollout of new features integrations and platform enhancements.
Maintain and improve documentation share updates and help streamline communication between teams.
Collaborate with IT Product and Operations to keep processes aligned and efficient.
Suggest improvements and take part in continuous optimization of our production flows.
