What Youll Do:
Delivery Excellence
- Optimise and manage delivery processes to ensure predictable highquality software releases.
- Track and analyse delivery metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and provide clear reporting to stakeholders.
Agile Leadership
- Establish and refine Agile ways of working frameworks and team agreements.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies that are purposeful timeboxed and improvementfocused.
- Identify and remove impediments that slow down delivery or impact team performance.
Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
- Manage team capacity resource allocation and workload forecasting.
- Foster a collaborative highperforming team culture built on trust learning and accountability.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines risks and outcomes.
Continuous Improvement
- Champion innovation in delivery practices tools and techniques.
- Promote datadriven decisionmaking and sustainable delivery habits.
- Support the ongoing development and growth of team members.
What You Bring:
Mandatory
- Higher education in management IT or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban SAFe).
- Experience managing multiple software development teams.
- Solid understanding of software engineering and delivery practices.
- Excellent leadership communication analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to balance speed quality and sustainability.
- Fluent in English.
Recommended
- Masters degree or professional project management certification (PMP PRINCE2 SAFe).
- Experience in scaled Agile environments.
- Background in software engineering or technical delivery roles.
- Experience with delivery tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Certification in Agile coaching or project management.
