The Sales Associate is responsible for providing the highest quality customer service for external and internal guests eliminating distractions anticipating needs and preparing hearts for the gospel message in all areas of Retail. They provide exceptional employee experience characterized by a culture of trust and collaboration.
The Sales Associate position follows a show run schedule from Tuesday through Saturday. This role has different start and leave times scheduled between the hours of 8:00 am and 6:30 pm Tuesday through Thursday 12:00 pm to 10:30 pm on Fridays and 8:00 am to 10:30 pm on Saturdays (depending on show schedules). Lastly the expectation is that the employee will work up to 28 hours per week.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Consistently practice excellent guest service commitments with all guests.
- Utilize sales techniques and product knowledge to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Perform in all areas of Retail as assigned including but not limited to concessions merchandise almond stations and theater carts.â
- Uphold merchandising and store cleanliness standards including all stocking responsibilities.
- Operate point of sale and inventory systems completing transactions efficiently and accurately.â
- All other duties as assigned.
Prerequisites:
- Excellent interpersonal skills that contribute to a positive work environment
- Outgoing approachable personable flexible adaptable and even-temperedâ
- Willingness to work flexible hours: Friday evenings and Saturdays are required
- Excellent communication skills high attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Effective time management skillsâ
- Strong team player with the ability to make a positive first impression
