Requirements
- 26 years of hands-on experience in construction or infrastructure site supervision.
- Proven experience in labor management site coordination and workforce handling.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and support teams.
- Fluency in the local language of the assigned region.
- A proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Prior construction industry experience is highly preferred.
Relevant Experience: 2 years in labor management labor handling site supervising or site coordination within the infrastructure/construction sector.
