Job Summary
- Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT and ERP projects ensuring alignment with scope schedule cost and quality objectives.
- Drive project planning execution monitoring and closure using methodologies such as Agile Waterfall and Scrum.
- Oversee SAP transformation initiatives including ERP migrations and consolidations (preferably SAP ECC to S/4HANA).
- Coordinate cross-functional teams ensuring timely delivery of project milestones and deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders providing regular updates on project status risks and issues.
- Identify process gaps risks and dependencies and proactively propose and implement solutions.
- Manage project artifacts including dashboards reports process maps and documentation with proper version control.
- Facilitate meetings capture minutes and maintain project documentation such as status reports and communications.
- Ensure effective budget tracking resource allocation and alignment with program goals.
- Apply SAP Activate methodology to drive structured and efficient project execution.
- 1015 years of experience in managing large-scale IT programs/projects.
- Strong experience in SAP project management particularly ERP transformations.
- Hands-on experience with SAP migrations (ECC to S/4HANA preferred).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira MS Project or similar platforms.
- Deep understanding of project management frameworks (Agile Waterfall Scrum).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects successfully.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Actively listen and translate business needs into actionable project plans.
- Manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams efficiently.
