Job Summary
What you will do :
- Manage comprehensive corporate secretarial services including preparation of board and general meeting documentation minutes writing resolution drafting and statutory compliance matters for portfolios of varying complexity.
- Conduct compliance reviews and risk assessments including client due diligence (CDD) verification bad press and world checks PEP identification and serviced entity risk rating (SERR) evaluations to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Draft and process legal documentation and agreements including loan agreements capital/share premium contributions dividend distributions and statutory changes whilst maintaining accuracy and compliance standards.
- Process financial transactions and banking operations including payment instructions bank account opening signatory changes and transaction monitoring with minimal supervision.
- Provide quality assurance oversight of junior staff work review compliance documentation and prepare supporting notes and memoranda for management committees and senior officers.
Qualifications :
Educational Background:
- You hold a degree and/or related professional qualification
Professional Experience:
- You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Corporate Administration and Secretarial matters
