What you will be doing:
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure creating a memorable first and last impression of the hotel
- Assist guests with luggage handling storage and timely delivery of luggage messages and other items throughout the property
- Escort and room guests providing a personalized and engaging orientation of the guest room while highlighting key features amenities and services
- Maintain a visible presence in the lobby and entrance as an ambassador of the hotel anticipating guest needs and offering assistance proactively
- Provide thoughtful recommendations regarding hotel services local attractions dining and transportation options
- Collaborate closely with Front Desk Concierge and other departments to ensure seamless and personalized guest experiences
- Drive the hotels luxury courtesy vehicle when required ensuring safe professional and courteous transportation for guests
- Park and retrieve guest vehicles efficiently while following all valet procedures and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance lobby and luggage storage areas
- Handle guest belongings with the utmost care and professionalism
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest service is an asset
- Friendly professional and service-oriented personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the local area and attractions is an asset
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings weekends and holidays
- Valid drivers license and Drivers Abstract
