Property Litigation Solicitor - Cambridge with hybrid working
Client
A successful supportive and expanding UK law firm
Role
- Dealing with a broad range of clients including private individuals landlords tenants and larger organisations in contentious property matters affecting commercial residential and agricultural land.
- Running own matters as well as assisting more senior associates and partners with their cases
- Advising transactional colleagues on difficult property issues arising
- Interpretation and enforceability of restrictive covenants
- Advising on private nuisance and trespass
- NQ - 4 years PQE in Property Litigation
- Ability to deal with a broad range of clients
- Excellent client relationship skills
- Strong commercial acumen
- Hybrid working

- 25 days annual leave (plus public holidays)
