Collaborate withregionalandlocalfunctionstoengagestakeholderseffectively.Youllbe the technicalexpertonourvaccine productstherapeuticclasses andpatientneeds building long-termrelationshipswith key opinion leaders (KOLs)suchasHygienistsandPaediatriciansin Local Health Units andMedicalassociations.Ifyouhavepriorexperienceinpharmaceuticalsales and account managementthisisyourchance toshine!

Accountabilities

In this dynamic role you will report to the National Sales Account Manager and engage with both internal and external stakeholders.Theroleincludesthe following keycomponents:

  • Forge strong partnerships with vaccine/preventionstakeholdersatlocalandregionallevelstooptimizeproduct volumedefinitionandconsumption.

  • Engagehealthcareprofessionalsindiscussionsaboutapprovedindicationsand productefficacy/safetyprofilestoensureappropriateconsumptionfor target audiences.

  • Executetenderingproceduresaccuratelycollaboratingwith the Tenderdepartmentand Market Access.

  • Support Local Health Units/Departmentsinimplementingeffectivevaccinecampaignsthroughspecificinitiativesandprograms.

  • Implementaccount strategyconsistentlyacrossthe salesorganizationfor target accounts.

  • Communicatewith Brand Team and sales force leadershipregardingaccount-specificprogramsand activities.

  • Completealltrainingrequirementssuccessfullyincludingproductexaminations.

  • Developalocalstrategy and business plan with theNationalSalesAccountManager tomeetorexceedcompany goals inyourterritory.

  • AlignwithRegionalor Local Access Managers on policies orprogramsrelatedtovaccinesandfluprevention.

  • Maintainin-depthknowledge of marketdemographicsandmanagedmarketsinformation foryoursalesterritory.

  • Providetimelycommunicationon timelinesbidprocesses andrequirementsproactivelyidentifyingissueswith accounts.

  • Complywithregulationsregardinginteractions withhealthcareprofessionals.

EssentialSkills/Experience:

  • Degree orpreviousexperienceasRep

  • Demonstratedproject management and teamdevelopmentability

  • Demonstratedabilityto workcollaborativelywith andinfluencepeers

  • Demonstratedcommunicationandplatformskills

  • Understandingoffinancialconcepts andcontractingissuesincludinglegaland best priceimplications

  • Knowledge of theinstitutionalscenarioatNationalRegionaland Locallevel

  • Strong customerfacingskills

  • Digitalsavvy

DesirableSkills/Experience

  • Priorexperiencein sales management or commercialfunction

  • PriorexperiencesinVaccinesand/or inPaediatricswillbeconsidereda plus
