Job Summary
The Summer Employment Opportunity Program (SEOP) provides temporary summer employment opportunities to children step-children and spouses of Mayo Clinic employees enrolled in a college degree granting program of study and is intended to help supervisors accommodate employee vacation requests when seasonal work volumes are high.
In this role the student will be assisting with maintaining our document management and project tracking software. Student responsibilities will include setting up synchronization of project management files writing automation code to transfer project deliverables and updating project tracking software as well as other automation efforts. This role may also include some manual clean-up of current FIS spaces.
Qualifications
Must be a child step-child or spouse of a current Mayo Clinic employee.
Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting program.
Must be returning to college in the fall.
Must be able to work a minimum of 10 weeks.
Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program
SEOP employees should not expect vacation/days-off to be approved during their commitment.
