Job Summary

Job Type: Full-Time
- Operate digital production equipment (high-speed copiers wide format printers etc.)
- Set up run and monitor print jobs for accuracy and quality
- Perform finishing tasks including:
- Cutting trimming folding
- Binding (coil comb perfect bind)
- Laminating and mounting
- Padding scoring perforating
- Ensure color accuracy and consistency across jobs
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and maintain production flow
- Review files for print readiness (bleeds margins resolution etc.)
- Prioritize and manage multiple jobs under tight deadlines
- Maintain a clean organized production area
- Collaborate with team members to meet client expectations
- 2 years experience as a Digital Print Production Operator
- Strong hands-on experience with finishing equipment and processes
- Solid understanding of print file setup (bleeds crop marks color modes)
- Experience with wide format printing is a big plus
- Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve on the fly
- Strong attention to detail (you notice when something is off and fix it)
- Ability to lift materials and stay active throughout the day
- Team player with a positive get-it-done attitude
- Have experience in a high-volume print shop environment
- Are familiar with RIP software and workflow systems
- Can jump between digital wide format and finishing without breaking stride
- Take pride in producing work that makes customers say WOW
