Your work profile
We are looking for aServiceNow Technical Leadwho will balance team leadership (50%) and hands-on development (50%). The role involves guiding the development team solving technical challenges and actively contributing to ServiceNow development enhancements and incident resolution.
Key skills required
- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers.
- Provide technical guidance and assist the team in resolving complex issues.
- Perform hands-on development customization and configuration in ServiceNow.
- Support incident resolution defect fixes and platform enhancements.
- Work with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Education - UG and Above Information Technology or a related field.
- Strong experience in ITSM.
- Exposure to CSM CMDB and ATF.
- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript Glide APIs) and integrations.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
