Job Summary
Product Designer
The Role:
Were looking for a creative curious and collaborative Product Designerto join the design team in the Global Sportsbook and Trading. Youll work cross-functionally with product managers engineers researchers and trading specialists to design exceptional user experiences in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment. Youll contribute to and help evolve our design system lead user testing and play a key role in our product and design community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Products End-to-End:Lead the design process from concept through delivery for new and existing product features.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:Work closely with engineers PMs and other partners in squads to solve complex problems and deliver high-impact solutions.
- Thrive in Ambiguity:Confidently tackle open-ended challenges using research experimentation and systems thinking to drive clarity and direction.
- Advance the Design System:Contribute to and evolve our shared design system ensuring quality consistency and scalability across products.
- User Testing & Validation:Plan and run user research and usability tests gather feedback and iterate on solutions.
- Champion the User:Advocate for user needs in every conversation balancing them with business goals.
- Grow the Design Community:Actively participate in design critique mentorship and knowledge sharing within the team and broader product org.

Required Experience:
- 3 years experiencein product/UX/UI design in a cross-functional product team environment.
- Strong portfolio showing design process craft and impact.
- Problem Solver;ability to frame and solve open-ended complex problems.
- Experience working with or building design systems.
- Hands-on experience with user testing and iterative design.
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools
- Collaborative open and proactive communicator.
- Passionate about building high-quality products and elevating team standards.
- Highly collaborative with a genuine interest in advancing the design practices within Global Sportsbook and Trading
