Job Summary
Our client in the Telco sector is seeking a Senior Transformation Programme Manager - BSS on a contract duration of 8 months.
Education
- Minimum of 3-year degree/diploma in relevant discipline
- A post-graduate management qualification will be advantages
- Fluent in English
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Practitioner is essential
- Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent advantageous
- Agile is essential
- Minimum of 8 years experience -
- Minimum 6-8 years managing projects end to end using PMBOK/PRINCE2 methodologies is essential
- Minimum 3 years managing programmes end to end using PMBOK/PRINCE2 methodologies is essential
- 3-5 years experience in taking transformation projects to market is essential
- Broad experience of Benefit Realisation tracking
- Ability to analyse company-wide projects and organise into manageable workstreams is essential
- Previous experience managing cross functional/transversal projects & programmes
- Agile Experience (Essential)
- Experience as a Scrum Master applying Scrum principles practices and theory is essential
- Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP Kanban Crystal FDD etc.
