Job Summary
The successful candidate must be highly organized self-starting and possess strong data extraction and analytical capabilities. They must have proven successes in cost out operational initiatives and demonstrate passion for the customer experience. They must drive results and thrive in a high energy environment where tactical and strategic activities are expected to be driven in parallel.
Strong candidates will have hands-on operations or inventory management experience and knowledge in fundamental business principles. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to succeed in managing catalog selection efficiently identifying problems/finding solutions and building/improving processes. The ideal candidate is able to lead and influence both internal and external teams while maintaining a customer-centric philosophy.
Key job responsibilities
-Identifying and delivering improvement opportunities around demand and production planning
-Monitoring analyzing and owning Key Performance Indicators such as: Out of Stock rate Total Inbound lead time confirmation rates including presenting insights themes and trends to Leadership.
-Analyzing production and delivery lead-times and operational excellence inputs such as EDI adoption PO confirmations and fulfillment efficient receive process and inventory placement.
-Identifying opportunities to improve cost structure and profitability and work with partner teams on execution
- 4 years of with Excel experience
- Experience communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of professional or military experience
- Experience working in e-commerce / retail / supply chain / financial services business
- Experience using Excel and data analysis
- Knowledge of statistics or other analytical techniques
- Experience with SQL
- Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
- Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products workflows or customer experiences.

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
