Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detailoriented Room Attendant to join our hospitality team in Al Khobar Saudi Arabia. As a Room Attendant you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean comfortable and welcoming environment during their stay. Your commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction will contribute to maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms bathrooms and common areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
- Make beds change linens and replenish towels and amenities as needed
- Vacuum carpets sweep and mop floors and dust furniture and fixtures
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms including toilets bathtubs sinks and mirrors
- Remove and sort dirty linens garbage and recyclables
- Organize and restock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department
- Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and inquiries
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of guest rooms and personal belongings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient room turnover and guest satisfaction
Qualifications :
- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience in a hotel or similar environment preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks including bending lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Knowledge of cleaning products procedures and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Basic English language skills for communicating with guests and team members
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
